Shipping
Kurlee Belle ships to the United States, Canada, Europe, and the United Kingdom.
For orders shipping within the Domestic United States, we have two shipping options:
Standard (3-7 business days)
Express (2-3 business days)
For international orders to UK, Canada & Europe, only standard international shipping is available at this time. Shipping times for each country are provided at checkout.
Each order is packed with love, so please allow 3-8 business days for your order to be processed, packed, and delivered. Orders placed Friday after 2:00 PM EST through Sunday will begin processing the following business day. You will receive an email with tracking information the day your order ships.
Returns
You will not be responsible for paying your return shipping costs. Please note that any original shipping charges, if applicable, are non-refundable.
Refunds
We will issue your refund within 4 business days of receiving your return and will follow with a confirmation email once done. The refunded amount should be available on your original method of payment within 7-10 business days. Refunds will not be issued if product is used.
Order changes
Please email us at info@kurleebelle.com or call us at (305) 699-1717 as soon as possible. Kurlee Belle cannot make adjustments to orders after they have been placed and orders that have begun processing cannot be cancelled.
Returns & Exchanges
All products are final sale. We do not accept returns.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We will replace items if they are defective or damaged.
